Medical Coverage
Agilysys makes available affordable quality healthcare. We offer the Aetna HealthFund, a Consumer Directed Health Plan (CDHP). A CDHP combines a high deductible health plan and a PPO with a unique employer provided health fund. This plan includes prescription coverage as well as vision coverage. It is designed to complement the way you live by offering you greater flexibility in how you use your health benefit dollars.

Dental Coverage
Our dental coverage allows you freedom to visit any dentist. The plan is comprehensive, covering routine exams to major restorative services. With the Agilysys dental coverage, orthodontia for your dependent children is also covered.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts are available to set aside pre-tax income for reimbursement of certain health care expenses and/or dependent care expenses not otherwise covered by insurance. Up to $5,000 can be set aside to each account annually.

Life Insurance and AD&D
Basic life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment are paid by Agilysys. Supplemental life and dependent life insurance are also available at an additional cost.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Through the Agilysys Employee Stock Purchase Plan, you may choose to purchase Agilysys stock through payroll deductions. When purchasing Agilysys stock through this plan, no brokerage fees or commission is charged to participants.

Educational Assistance
Agilysys provides reimbursement for educational expenses of job related courses or degree programs related to the Agilysys business. Participation in the educational assistance program is dependent upon completing required criteria and receiving necessary management approval.

Section 529 College Savings Program
Available through Putnam Investments, the Section 529 College Savings Program allows you to set aside money for post secondary education for anyone you desire, whether it be your child(ren), niece, grandchild(ren), etc. Earnings may grow tax-free, and withdrawals, when used for post secondary education, will be free from federal income tax.
