BOCA RATON, Fla. – Dec. 3, 2007 – Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, today announced that they have signed an agreement to sell Oracle applications. This agreement places Agilysys amongst a very select group of partners, enabling the sale of industry leading products such as PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel and Hyperion, as well as Oracle Business Solutions.
The ability to sell Oracle applications is in line with the company’s strategy to expand its solutions through new products and services. With this agreement, Agilysys continues to accelerate the company’s growth as a solutions provider and has increased potential to open up access to new customers.
