BOCA RATON, Fla. – January 30, 2008 – Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS) today announced that it is rescheduling its fiscal 2008 third-quarter earnings release and conference call by one day to February 1, 2008. In light of recent acquisitions, the company is confirming its accounting treatment for a large customer transaction this quarter to ensure accurate and transparent reporting. As a result, the company needs an extra day to finalize its fiscal 2008 third-quarter results. Management indicated that the company is on track for a timely filing of its third-quarter 10Q.
Fiscal third-quarter results for the period ended December 31, 2007, will be released before the market opens on Friday, February 1, 2008. The company will also hold its quarterly conference call that morning at 11 a.m. Eastern Time. The call will be broadcast live over the Internet and will be accessible from the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.agilysys.com. In addition, a replay of the call will be archived on the Web site.
