Agilysys Reschedules Its Quarterly Earnings Release and
Conference Call for Monday, June 2, 2008
BOCA RATON, Fla. – May 29, 2008 – Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS) today announced that it is rescheduling its fiscal 2008 fourth-quarter earnings release and conference call to Monday, June 2, 2008, to allow time to complete year-end tax provision. As a result, fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year results for the period ended March 31, 2008, will now be released before the market opens on Monday, June 2, 2008. The company will also hold its quarterly conference call that morning at 11 a.m. Eastern Time. The call will be broadcast live over the Internet and will be accessible from the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.agilysys.com. In addition, a replay of the call will be archived on the Web site.
