Nutritional Analysis Module

The MMS Nutritional Analysis module, in conjunction with the Materials Management System solution, provides nutritional components for all items in food and beverage inventory. Those components are then automatically scaled within recipes to provide full menu-item nutritional makeup.

The MMS Nutritional Analysis module allows you to analyze recipes and meals for calories, fat grams, cholesterol, carbohydrates, fiber, sodium and more. It integrates fully with the MMS Recipe/Menu Analysis module and comes with the USDA nutritional database.
