The Jefferson, a popular destination for business and leisure travelers, wanted both fixed and mobile point-of-sale solutions that would optimize food and beverage delivery in a variety of settings ─ from patio and restaurant dining to banquet service ─ and increase efficiency at the property's retail shops. Agilysys' InfoGenesis provided all the features and functionality the hotel needed to provide seamless service and offer a winning guest experience.
