ALPHARETTA, GA. — Jan. 21, 2016 — Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading global provider of next-generation hospitality software solutions and services, today announced that Saratoga Casino and Raceway, in Saratoga Springs, NY, has selected a comprehensive Agilysys solution suite — including Visual One™ PMS, InfoGenesis® POS, InfoGenesis® Flex and rGuest® Pay — to boost efficiency and enhance guest service at the popular destination attraction. The property includes a 100,000-square-foot casino, half-mile racetrack, two-story entertainment venue and three restaurants. A new 117-room hotel, which will feature an indoor pool, fitness center, Morton's The Steakhouse and more than 3,000 square feet of meeting space, will open Summer 2016.
Faced with a wide range of hospitality management and guest service requirements, the property's executive team evaluated a number of software vendors to identify the best solutions to streamline operations and optimize the guest experience. The Agilysys suite was an ideal fit, with systems that address every aspect of the guest lifecycle, including property management, point-of-sale and guest payment.

Saratoga Casino and Raceway and its new hotel will use the following Agilysys solutions:
- Visual One PMS ─ a comprehensive and fully integrated property management system that offers a wide range of best-in-class features and functionality, including front office operations, guest history, housekeeping, reservations management and more. Its user-friendly screens are laid out in a logical format with quick-feature icons and drill-down capabilities. The system offers optional modules for accounting, activities, club management, comp accounting, condo accounting, guest marketing, sales and catering, and spa management. Other features include a rate and availability calculator, enhanced guest stay search screens and an online shopping cart.
- InfoGenesis POS ─ a comprehensive point-of-sale system that combines an easy-to-use terminal and tablet touchscreen application with industry-leading offline capabilities. Designed for multi-unit and complex operations, InfoGenesis POS features real-time reporting, multi-language capabilities, and support for a wide variety of F&B offerings, including packages and prix fixe menus. The system easily manages any combination of food, beverage and retail services, and it integrates with both other Agilysys next-generation solutions and a wide variety of third-party offerings.
- InfoGenesis Flex ─ Agilysys' mobility solution that offers full point-of-sale functionality delivered on a convenient tablet device. InfoGenesis Flex provides signature capture, adaptable kitchen and receipt printing for large service areas, and a feature-rich mobile experience for foodservice operations. The solution is designed to keep revenue flowing and guests satisfied in the most demanding high-volume environments, and its powerful offline capabilities ensure uninterrupted performance, even where Wi-Fi connectivity is inconsistent. Managers also have access to all InfoGenesis tools while on the floor, so they can oversee operations 'on-the-go' and make immediate service adjustments.
- rGuest Pay ─ the Agilysys payment gateway that enables complete and secure payment processing. rGuest Pay leverages one of the only payment offerings that includes: validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE), which reduces the potential for malicious hacking and fraud; a Payment Information Proxy (PIP) that secures data arriving via e-commerce interfaces; robust tokenization, which eliminates storage of cardholder data; and a full range of fixed and mobile EMV-ready payment devices that ensure compliance with new card security regulations. rGuest Pay integrates with any POS or PMS product, and it offers fixed and predictable costs with flat monthly rates and no volume tiers.

Saratoga Casino and Raceway is located in the foothills of the Adirondack Region of upstate New York in historic Saratoga Springs. The property includes more than 1,700 slots, electronic table games, two full-service restaurants, a casual dining restaurant, deli and three full-service bars. It also features Vapor, a live entertainment venue. Operating hours for the gaming facility are 8 a.m. to 4 a.m. each day. Simulcast races can be viewed seven days a week, and live harness racing runs March through mid-December. The property's new 117-room hotel will open Summer 2016.
