  • Accounting System
    The Visual One Accounting System by Agilysys includes accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, purchase order, condominium, club modules and bank statement (check) reconciliation. Unlike off-the-shelf or general accounting software, Visual One Accounting System by Agilysys was developed specifically for the hospitality industry. For example, you can define your financial statements in Visual One General Ledger by Agilysys to include statistical reporting such as maid cost per room or number of covers in your restaurants. Accounts payable can track guest activity costs from third-party vendors for billing reconciliation; with accounts receivable, you can drill-down to the details of a guest folio or restaurant check. Of course, all revenues from Visual One PMS, Sales & Catering, Restaurant, Spa and Golf are automatically integrated with Visual One Receivables and General Ledger.
  • Club Management
    The Visual One Club Management System by Agilysys allows for complete membership management within your club or resort. The system provides the ability to define date sensitive membership, food & beverage or miscellaneous fee schedules. Recurring charges to the members’ account can be quickly and easily transferred to their credit card.

    Recognizing your guests is of paramount importance to a smooth club operation. With the Visual One Club Management System by Agilysys, photos of the members are displayed on the screen when the guest’s membership card is swiped. Additionally, the member’s account information, visit history and account status are also displayed.
  • Comp Accounting
    The Visual One Comp Accounting module by Agilysys ensures that all charges of a pre-determined nature are guest complimentary. The software integrates seamlessly with the Visual One Property Management System (PMS) by Agilysys to track both casino and non-casino guest charges. Staff can code complimentary services at the point of reservation, at check out or at any other time during the guest’s stay and instantly validate the authorization for the comp. If the entry for special billing occurs at the point of check out, staff can simply re-filter the charges to move them from the guest expenses to the special billing folio.
  • Condo Accounting
    The Visual One Condo Accounting module by Agilysys was designed to quickly and easily calculate the revenues, expenses and profit sharing between condo owners and the management company. The module automatically calculates the appropriate commission percentage(s) for the management company for the appropriate revenue post types being shared and then makes the entries into an accounting batch in both the general and the accounts receivable ledger. These numbers are routinely calculated during the night audit along with the day's activity or they can be recalculated at any time for a past date.

    Additionally, a number of reports exist for both the owner and the management company to quickly analyze the profitability of the condo and the various expenses appropriated to that condo. The combination of functionality and reports greatly reduces the time necessary for an accounting staff to calculate, distribute and report the revenues and expenses to condo owners.
  • Guest eMarketing (GeM)
    Guest eMarketing Solution (GeM) module by Agilysys enables you to take your in-house customer database and generate direct revenue opportunities with past, present and future guests. Now you can begin to use e-mail as a branding tool and build interactive relationships with your customers. GeM is a way to do more than simply send out confirmations, cancellations and post-stay e-mails; it manages a complete eMarketing campaign by setting up marketing blasts to specific recipients with creative messaging that can increase sales and profits. With advanced e-mail functionality, you have the ability to embed web links for additional advertisements for your restaurant, spa or for future events. GeM helps you leverage your property management system (PMS) to create e-mail campaigns that are personalized, fast, direct and cost-effective.
  • Sales & Catering
    The Visual One Sales & Catering System module by Agilysys includes three main components: account management, meeting room management and catering management. Account management includes sales calls, traces and tasks, booking pace reports and more. Meeting room management uses an electronic function book in which you can drag-and-drop a meeting from one room to another, drill-down to see details of the meeting, book hold space, create a booking with an easy to use wizard, and much more. Catering management features banquet event orders and banquet checks (all custom-designed using Microsoft Word®), production reports and much more.
  • Guest Express Kiosk
    The Guest Express Kiosk module by Agilysys is a self-service kiosk system that expedites front desk check in and check out. Using the Guest Express Kiosk module, hotel guests can check in, encode a room key, check out and obtain a receipt—all without having to wait in line at the front desk. An internal printer produces both a registration slip and a guest folio. Real-time monitoring alerts hotel staff when paper and key cards are low, and operational settings are controlled from locations the hotel chooses.
