Previously, he served as President of Interwoven, Inc., a content management software company, which was acquired by Autonomy Corporation plc in January 2009. He also served as VP of Global Sales of Xoriant Corporation, a software product development company, from April 2000 to January 2001 and as VP of Sales and Services of SmartDB Corporation, a provider of data integration toolkits for systems integrators and IT organizations, from September 1996 to February 2000.

R. Andrew Cueva has been managing director of MAK Capital Fund, L.P., since 2005. Previously, he was a portfolio manager and analyst at Green Cay Asset Management from 2002 to 2004 and Avalon Global Asset Management from 1999 to 2002. Cueva began his investing career in 1995 at Deltec Asset Management where he was vice president in the Emerging Markets Group. He has also previously worked in the mergers and acquisitions groups of Bankers Trust Co. and Samuel Montagu & Co., a division of HSBC plc. Cueva graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in economics, with a concentration in finance.

Prior to his appointment in May 2011 as president and CEO, Dennedy was a principal and chief investment officer of a New York-based hedge fund focused on small and microcap investments. Prior to that, Dennedy was president and chief executive officer of Engyro Corporation, an enterprise software company that provided IT systems management interoperability solutions.

He is the founder and a managing partner of MV Advisors, LLC, a firm that provides focused investment and strategic guidance to small- and mid-cap technology companies. In March 2003, Mutch was appointed to the board of directors of Peregrine Systems Inc. (“Peregrine”), a global enterprise software provider, to assist the company and its management in development of a plan of reorganization, which ultimately led to Peregrine’s emergence from bankruptcy. Mutch served as president and chief executive officer of Peregrine from August 2003 to December 2005 through its acquisition by Hewlett-Packard.

Peter F. Sinisgalli has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Manhattan Associates, a provider of supply chain management software, since March 2004. He served as Manhattan Associates' President and CEO from 2004 to 2012. Previously, he spent a year at NewRoads, Inc., a privately-held third-party fulfillment provider, where he held the position of President and CEO. Mr. Sinisgalli also spent six years at CheckFree Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed global leader in outsourced electronic processing services. His last position at CheckFree was President and COO. Mr. Sinisgalli spent 14 years at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where his last position was Executive VP and CFO for Dun & Bradstreet Software.
