By calling upon the Agilysys professional services capabilities, a major wireless carrier was able to reduce its data recovery window from several days to several hours through a re-architected plan for data availability and protection. It also helped this company with more than 50 equipment moves over a five-month timeframe—all of which were completed on time. Another organization successfully upgraded its network infrastructure using Agilysys’ professional services, improving reliability and performance while laying the groundwork for a VMware virtual desktop infrastructure solution. Agilysys has also managed major infrastructure transitions, including one that allowed a manufacturer to take on Oracle and J.D. Edwards business applications. For that project, Agilysys provided architectural design, migration and knowledge transfer services.
