gateway solution. rGuest Pay offers the hospitality industry’s first, PCI-validated, point-to-point encrypted (P2PE) payment gateway that meets the latest and most robust security needs of merchants everywhere. Customers using the rGuest Pay gateway and Worldpay will have a payment solution that handles the entire payment process, all the way through clearing and settlement of funds (acquiring bank functions). In addition to eliminating a separate gateway fee, clients will have less administrative overhead as problem resolution, billing and settlement become simplified through a single entity.
Additionally, Worldpay provides comprehensives reporting that reduces the time needed to research problems, allowing clients to focus on resolution instead of identification. As a result, merchants can refocus resources on the heart of their business – managing customer experiences.
rGuest Pay is the Agilysys payment gateway solution that provides Agilysys clients with the flexibility to select from various payment gateways to reach their acquirer. With the addition of Worldpay Acquiring Services, Agilysys clients further simplify their payment processing environment. In the rGuest Pay Complete offering, clients benefit from an integrated gateway solution that provides validated P2PE to help reduce the potential for malicious hacking and fraud by eliminating credit card numbers from the client’s environment. rGuest Pay’s Complete solution includes a full range of fixed and mobile EMV-ready payment devices, ensuring compliance with new card security regulations. Comprehensive pay-at-table solutions are expected in early April 2018.
