Agilysys Promotes Jaddi to SVP of Customer Support & Service Solutions

ALPHARETTA, GA. — Dec. 9, 2014 — Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a leading provider of innovative information technology and hospitality software and services, today announced the promotion of Rehan Jaddi to senior vice president of customer support & service solutions, effective immediately.

Jaddi previously served as vice president of product development engineering at Agilysys. In his new role, his primary responsibilities will be to oversee the company's product support, customer relations and professional services. He will report to Jim Dennedy, Agilysys president and chief executive officer.

"Rehan's technological and managerial experience makes him an ideal fit for his new role as senior vice president of customer support and service solutions," said Dennedy. "His strong focus on how technology can improve customers' business performance as well as the guest experience will drive significant growth for our company and our people. In his previous position, Rehan made a major impact on our company by leading the development of the rGuest™ Stay property management system. He will bring that same drive and focus to our customer-facing business, positioning Agilysys to more effectively meet the challenges of a rapidly changing industry."

Jaddi was named vice president of product development engineering at Agilysys in 2012. Prior to joining Agilysys, he was a principal group program manager at Microsoft, with responsibilities for driving product design and delivery from development through customer support. Previously, he served as a consulting manager at Accenture, a global technology services company, and as structural engineer and IT manager at AKB Consulting Engineers, KPFF Consulting Engineers and Millegan & Jaddi Consulting Engineers. Jaddi holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Washington.
