property management system version 7.4.1. This version introduces several enhancements and new functionality, including a modern web-based user interface. The company is also launching rGuest® Book, a new web booking engine as well as rGuest® Express, a new self-service kiosk solution. These newly launched products will both tightly integrate with LMS 7.4.1, with integrations for rGuest Stay®
and Visual One®
property management systems to come later this year.

This latest version of LMS brings new a new modern look-and feel and web-based user experience to its users. The new user experience expands on the existing web-based offerings such as the housekeeping and reporting modules that were introduced in LMS last year. The new version also brings enhancements to the system’s rGuest Pay® integration, adding support for the Worldpay gateway solution and for the use of Givex gift cards. Integrations with rGuest Book and rGuest Express will allow operators to further enhance the guest experience at their property while generating more revenue opportunities.
rGuest Book is a commission-free, easy-to-use reservation system designed to move guests effortlessly through the booking process. The solution is cloud-based and fully responsive, bringing fast deployment and flexibility to operators. The tightly integrated solutions will make it easy for operators to access real-time room availability and will enable properties to sell to the last room and boost their revenue.
The rGuest Express self-service kiosk allows guests to check in and out themselves, bypassing the front desk entirely when needed. Guests can make their room selection choices and have their room key created directly at the kiosk, and the solution supports a variety of payment options. The kiosk is designed for flexibility and has a variety of settings to allow operators to adapt it to their preferred workflow.
