Vasa Park Resort had historically managed reservations manually. Guests called the resort directly and could not book online, taking the staff away from servicing the guests on property. As a result, the Vasa Park team needed a way to improve automation, secure sensitive customer information and make their operations paperless. To solve these challenges, they looked to Agilysys’ Hospitality Suite of solutions.
Vasa Park Resort was founded in 1926 by a group of Swedish immigrant men who belonged to the Vasa Order of America with the hopes of promoting knowledge and understanding of the Swedish culture.
