Acquisition Expands the Agilysys Loyalty and Fuel/Retail Ecosystem Capabilities Across the Casino Gaming Vertical
ALPHARETTA, GA (September 4, 2026) – Agilysys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS), a global hospitality-focused technology provider, today announced the acquisition of Gaming Hospitality Solutions (GHS), a longtime technology partner and specialist in casino loyalty, offer management and fuel/retail integration. The acquisition deepens the Agilysys solution set for the casino gaming vertical for tribal gaming operators.
Through its LEEP platform, GHS brings more than 30 years of expertise in loyalty automation and offer management. LEEP powers real-time offer orchestration, tier benefits and dynamic promotions that enable personalized guest experiences across casino resorts, retail and fuel operations, including loyalty programs that extend to gas stations and travel plazas, a common feature at tribal casino properties. The GHS portfolio also includes LEEP for Cruise and Fleet Cards, which will continue serving their respective markets with continuity and support.
The GHS solutions have now been brought into the Agilysys ecosystem, strengthening the Agilysys InfoGenesis Point-of-Sale (POS) roadmap and providing casino customers a more unified guest experience across gaming floors, resorts, spas, golf and fuel/retail operations.
