Inspire 2020 – What’s in Store?

Every year Agilysys hosts its annual user conference, Inspire – a hospitality technology forum designed to help customers find their inspiration and power up their skills through a variety of activities. This year's event has much to offer participants. Here is a summary of what's in store:

Opening day begins with a General Session presentation by Agilysys’ CEO, Ramesh Srinivasan. During the opening address, Ramesh will set the stage for the events that will unfold over the following three days, sharing new and upcoming industry trends, technology developments that have transpired over the prior 12 months and what changes to expect for the coming year.

Celebrity guest speaker and distinguished 13-year NBA player, Shane Battier, will deliver the Keynote Address. A six-time divisional winner of the Sportsmanship Award, Battier is also known for his exemplary character and his commitment to community service. At Inspire 2020, he will share his winning vision with Agilysys customers and partners.

That evening, the entire Agilysys team comes together to welcome everyone in a casual, comfortable Welcome Reception. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet other hospitality pros while enjoying hand-selected cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

The user conference offers dozens of Breakout Sessions, hosted by Agilysys' product technologists. Inspire 2020 will also feature customer-led sessions, including Vail Resorts and Pinehurst Resort & Country Club who will share their stories and experiences while providing tips for successful technology deployments.

The second evening is hosted by select industry partners at the spectacular Partner Reception & Expo. Every year attendees look forward to unwinding while meeting with industry leaders and peers, toasting to a new year, and celebrating their partnerships. Participants use the time to meet with friends and expand their professional networks.

The Main Event is the highly anticipated final evening celebration at every Inspire, and this year is no exception. The Exclusive Event at Universal Studios Florida includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Diagon Alley™ at Universal Studios Florida. It is expected to be a night of unforgettable magic and excitement!

Finally, for golf enthusiasts, Inspire 2020 includes the company's 3^rd Annual Golf Event. Arnold Palmer’s legacy is stronger than ever at Shingle Creek Golf Club and Agilysys is proud to showcase the course to round out the week’s conference.
