Agilysys InfoGenesis® POS Reaches Milestone Anniversary

This month we’re celebrating 30 years of delivering intelligent point-of-sale technology with Agilysys InfoGenesis® POS. We attribute this long-term success to our many valued customers, whom without Agilysys would not have achieved this significant milestone.

It all began in 1987, when InfoGenesis® was introduced to solve the challenges presented by hospitality operators worldwide. And today, we remain ever-dedicated to delivering best-of-breed POS capabilities, working closely with customers who inform us and guide the innovative capabilities found in InfoGenesis over the years.

It was a pioneer in the hospitality industry, and today it has evolved into a leading solution for many global hotels, resorts, cruise, gaming and foodservice businesses. This award-winning point-of-sale solution has come a long way over the last three decades, with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and profitability. With thousands of InfoGenesis installations worldwide, we’ve learned first-hand how POS technology is not a one-size-fits-all solution in the hospitality industry.

Some of the first adopters include Las Vegas Hilton and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and they remain users still today. Reliability and trust are still the core values that make a company successful, and for this continued sign of trust we are truly honored.
