Agilysys to be Showcased at 'Integrated Resort Experience at G2E'

The Integrated Resort Experience is an innovative and interactive platform that presents leading non-gaming technology, products and services as guests would experience them in a gaming-resort setting. The event features amenities that complement the casino-gaming floor, such as dining, live entertainment, guestroom concepts and spa offerings. LMS will be featured at the Integrated Resort Experience's hotel registration desk, InfoGenesis Flex will be featured at the Integrated Resort Experience's bar, and rGuest Buy will be showcased at the Integrated Resort Experience's INDULGE section, where attendees can use the kiosk solution to order ice cream selections online and then pick up their orders at the Agilysys G2E booth. The solution leverages existing InfoGenesis menus and processes payments through rGuest Pay, the industry's leading point-to-point encrypted PCI-validated gateway with EMV payment devices. Key features of rGuest Buy include real-time menu updates, menu categories and item modifiers, advanced analytics, kitchen workflow management, digital order status display, upsell and recommendations, loyalty management and past order history.
