Return Request Guidelines
Return requests on this tool is only for material that shipped within the last 30 days.
Please submit request if:
Good/Unopened Returns: Product must be in original packaging, complete with all cables and interior packaging, and in resalable condition to be accepted. Once returned, product is inspected by the warehouse. If product does not meet expectations, it will be shipped back to the customer and no credit will be issued for returned product.
DOA Failure: If the product fails within 30 days of shipping to you
Product failure outside of 30 days from shipping date must be routed through the support team for a SalesForce Ticket. Please contact support for this at 800-327-7088 and follow the prompts accordingly to speak with an agent. They will initiate the returns process if applicable.
