The Rebound

The Ewing Theory suggests that a team inexplicably performs better when their star player is injured or on the bench. That team reaches new heights immediately following the departure of their star player. The New York Knicks made the NBA finals the year Patrick Ewing tore his achillies tendon. Prior to the pandemic, things were going very well in the casino business, as we had our star player. Now, we have had to hit reset and reevaluate how we’ve looked at food and beverage operations.
